NCM-710 Chocolate Tempering Machine
After the chocolate has been tempered, it’s hard and dense. Its texture is delicate and the crystal formation stable. It looks shiny and is easy to mold.

- Melting: Melting chocolate and cocoa butter with a water tank. Both cold and warm water can be used to achieve the desired temperature.
- Tempering: The machine automatically enters the tempering process and cools down the water. Temperature can be adjusted both up and down to accelerate the process.
- Heat preservation: Constant warm water bath temperature keeps the chocolate a liquid.
- Mold filling: The rotating plate carries the chocolate to the spout which will be used to fill the molds.
