NCM-730 Chocolate Tempering Machine
Usage:
- Hardening Chocolate, Stabilizing its crystal structure, refining texture, glossing the surface, making shaping easier and the chocolate crispier
Functions:
- Melting: Melting chocolate and cocoa butter with a water tank. Both cold and warm water can be used to achieve the desired temperature.
- Tempering: The machine automatically enters the tempering process and cools down the water. Temperature can be adjusted both up and down to accelerate the process.
- Heat preservation: Constant warm water bath temperature keeps the chocolate a liquid.
- Mold filling: The rotating plate carries the chocolate to the spout which will be used to fill the molds.
- Vibration: The machine comes with a special shelf which vibrates. You can place molds filled with chocolate on it. This way any small air bubbles will escape the chocolate and leave you with a solid and smooth result.
