- Replaceable drum and baking trays fit all kinds of ingredients.
- Using three far-infrared quartz heating units, the machine roasts the ingredients evenly. Unlike most commercial gas ovens, ours uses a strong heat that cooks everything thoroughly and smoothly. A concentrated heat source, unlike ours, makes for an uneven finish, and furthermore, is potentially dangerous. Our far-infrared heater is, therefore, safer and guarantees better results.
- Each heating tube amounts to 1000W, providing a maximum of 3000W altogether. Depending on the number of heating units used, the required preheating time can be cut down significantly. When ready to start roasting, the temperature can be set accurately anywhere between 0℃ and 300℃ which provides a great range to roast a variety of products.
- The machine comes with a roasting barrel with a capacity of 30kgs of ingredients. To get the best results, our recommendation is to keep it only half-full.
- The barrel can spin up to 100 RPM, the user choosing the exact speed. In addition, the inside of the roasting barrel is separated by steel blades that help the ingredients flip between each round.
- Temperature is measured accurately with a censor that is placed right inside the barrel. This provides a much more precise number than most other roasters that are often giving a reading based on the outside temperature of the cooking unit.
- Should the temperature get too high, bringing it down is effortless with a ventilation device, which can be attached to the back of the machine. It can also be used for releasing smoke produced inside the roasting barrel.
- Checking on the ingredients is also made easy: A convenient inspection hole is placed on the left side of the machine and with a fitting scoop you can take out some product from the barrel without fully opening it up.
- A timer will buzz loudly once the time is up. When done, the roasted ingredients can be easily transferred into a deep tray placed under the barrel by just opening the barrel hatch. The tray can then be moved by hand to cool down outside the machine.
- To prevent accidents, the roaster has proper insulation: It is equipped with both an automatic overcurrent circuit breaker as well as an ELCB (earth-leakage circuit breaker).
