The conching machine consists of a metal frame and a tilting module with a rotating bowl made of stainless steel, two millstones and a base made of high density natural granite.
The rotating bowl is tilted by a motor and can be adjusted. The rotation can also be set to the desired speed. This affects how the two millstones are pressed against the granite base.

You can choose to use an automatic mode to set a default rotation speed, angle of tilt and grinding pressure or you can adjust all of these manually.
